- PANACHE Naan Flatbreads
- 340 g
- 2 tbsp
- Olive Oil
- 30 mL
- 1/4 cup
- Cranberry Sauce
- 2 tbsp
- Mayonnaise
- 30 mL
- 1/2 cup
- Leftover Stuffing
- 125 mL
- 2 cups
- Shredded Leftover Turkey
- 500 mL
- 1 cup
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 250 mL
- Pinch of Salt and Pepper
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
Step 2
Place naan onto a large baking sheet. Brush each naan with olive oil and bake 5 min. Remove from oven.
Step 3
In a small bowl stir together cranberry sauce and mayonnaise until combined and spread mixture on each naan.
Step 4
Top each naan with stuffing, turkey and shredded cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 5
Return baking sheet to oven and bake for 8-10 min or until cheese is melted and naan is golden.
Step 6
Remove from oven and slice each naan into 4 pieces. Serve immediately.
