Visit a Travel Clinic for Vaccinations

All AB, BC and MB Safeway locations have pharmacists who can administer your vaccine in the pharmacy. Select locations in Alberta and British Columbia also have Travel Health Centres with pharmacists that have obtained a Certificate in Travel Health through the International Society of Travel Medicine.

Available immunizations at Safeway Pharmacies include:

• Typhoid Fever
• Japanese Encephalitis
• Hepatitis A & B
• Meningitis
• Polio
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
• Rabies
• Oral Cholera
• Yellow Fever

Immunization availability can vary between Safeway Pharmacy locations, and all available vaccines may not be listed. Vaccines may not be suitable for everyone and do not protect all individuals against development of disease. Some vaccines may require a prescription. Vaccines may not be available in all locations.
