Method
Step 1
Prepare the appropriate amount of rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, heat the oil in a large sauté pan over medium high heat. Sauté the pork for 5-7 minutes or until no longer pink and transfer to a plate. Return the pan to the heat and sauté garlic, peppers and the white bok choy stalks, cooking until tender, 5-7 minutes, season lightly. Add in chili flakes and stir in bok choy greens, cooked pork strips (and juices) season lightly and add the teriyaki sauce, bringing to a simmer to heat through. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Step 3
Serve the stir fry over the prepared rice, garnished with the thinly sliced green onions.
