Method
Step 1
Apple chips: Using a mandoline, thinly slice apple into 1/8-in. thick slices; pat dry. Dust icing sugar over top. Arrange, slightly overlapping and cook in 300°F (150°C) air fryer, in batches, checking every 3 min and flipping until light brown, about 13 min. Chips will crisp up as they cool.
Step 2
Tortilla chips: Brush flour or corn tortillas with oil on both sides. Combine salt and paprika or chili powder in a bowl; sprinkle over one side of each tortilla. Cut into triangles and arrange on 350°F (175°C) preheated air fryer. Cook in batches until brown and crispy, 5 to 7 min.
Step 3
Potato chips: Using a mandoline, cut potato to 1/8-in. thick slices; soak in large bowl of ice water for 15 min. Drain and pat dry. Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, toss with oil. In batches, arrange in basket in a single layer, overlapping slightly. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and cook until crisp and golden, flipping occasionally, about 10 min.
