Method
Step 1
Pre heat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pop corn in microwave according to package instructions, then place in large bowl.
Step 2
Melt the butter in a small saucepan on medium heat, then add sugar and corn syrup. Bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, salt and baking soda. Pour over the popcorn and mix to coat popcorn.
Step 4
Transfer to the tray and spread popcorn in one even layer; bake for 15 min. Cool before serving.
