Method
Step 1
Bake crab cakes according to package instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile in bowl, toss salad, cucumber and Caesar dressing. Divide salad between 2 plates.
Step 3
Place 2 slices of toasted bread on baking sheet. Top each slice with salad, then 2 slices tomato, then 1 crab cake each. Sprinkle shredded cheese over crab cakes. Melt cheese under broiler until bubbly and serve.
