- 1/3 cup
- apricot jam
- 75 mL
- 1/3 cup
- whole grain Dijon mustard
- 75 mL
- 1 tsp
- chopped fresh rosemary

Method
Step 1
Place wooden skewers in water. Set aside. Preheat oven to broil and place rack in centre of oven. Place pork strips in a bowl. Coat with the pastes, cumin, salt and 1/2 tsp (2 mL) olive oil. Marinate, 10 min.
Step 2
Insert skewers through the length of each pork strip. Place on a rimmed baking sheet and drizzle with remaining oil. Broil 5 to 7 min. or until cooked through and lightly golden.
Step 3
Meanwhile, in a bowl, stir together jam, mustard and rosemary. Serve with warm pork skewers.
