Ingredients

- sliced or cubed fresh fruit, such as kiwis, strawberries or melon
- 500 mL
- 1 cup
- 2% yogurt
- 250 mL
- 1/4 cup
- orange juice
- 60 mL
- 2 tsp
- honey
- 10 mL
- 1 tsp
- peeled and grated fresh ginger
- 5 mL
- Sliced fruit or whole berries for garnish
Method
Step 1
Place fresh fruit (except garnishes), yogurt, orange juice, honey and ginger in food processor or blender; process until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into chilled glasses, garnish and serve.
Tips
Make smoothie sweeter by using peach or berry yogurt instead of plain.
