Ingredients

- Compliments Spaghetti
- 1/2 pound
- Sobeys SELECT® Artisan Como Bread, cut into chunks
- 2 tbsp

- 11/2 cups
- Compliments Chicken Broth
- 1 can
- Compliments Ripe Sliced Olives, drained
- 3.8 ounces
- 3
- cloves garlic, minced or pressed
- 2 tbsp
- Sensations Extra Virgin 100% Olive Oil
- 2 cans
- Sensations Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
- 2 tbsp
- minced Compliments Organics Fresh Chives
Method
Step 1
In a 5 to 6-quart pan, bring 3 quarts of salted water to a boil over high heat.
Step 2
Add spaghetti and cook until pasta is tender to bite, about 12 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, whirl bread in a food processor until coarse crumbs form.
Step 4
Melt butter in a 12-inch nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat.
Step 5
Add bread and cook, stirring often, until crumbs are lightly toasted, 9-10 minutes.
Step 6
Watch carefully so they don’t burn.
Step 7
Remove from heat and transfer to a plate.
Step 8
Wipe frying pan clean and return it to high heat.
Step 9
Add broth, olives, garlic, and 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Step 10
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
Step 11
When spaghetti is done, drain it well then return it to its cooking pan.
Step 12
Add the hot broth mixture along with the tuna, toasted bread crumbs, and chives.
Step 13
Mix well then transfer to a serving bowl and serve immediately.
Step 14
Offer additional olive oil to drizzle over portions to taste.
