- New York Steak, bone-in and trimmed of excess fat
- 1
- medium white onion, thinly sliced
- 1
- clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup
- Compliments Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp
- Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp
- dried oregano
- 1 tsp
- each salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp
- red chile flakes
Method
Step 1
Rinse meat, pat dry and place in a large mixing bowl.
Step 2
Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over the meat, then refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and up to 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Step 3
Prepare grill as desired.
Step 4
Remove meat from marinade and grill, basting with marinade, to desired doneness.
Step 5
Slice thinly across the grain and serve.
