Method
Step 1
Prepare grill for cooking over direct heat with medium-hot charcoal (moderate heat for gas).
Step 2
Lightly oil grill rack.
Step 3
Season pork chops with salt and pepper, and grill pork chops, turning over once, until just cooked through, 6 to 9 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer to a clean platter and let stand 5 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with pineapple salsa.
