Method
Step 1
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (190°C). Line 8-in. round (1.2 L) baking pan with hashbrowns, cooking until lightly toasted, about 6 min. Sprinkle bacon and bell pepper overtop and cook until bacon is crisp, about 9 min., stirring once.
Step 2
Sprinkle cheese overtop hashbrown mixture; in a medium bowl, whisk together eggs and salt, and drizzle over top cheese.
Step 3
Reduce heat to 320°F (160°C) and cook until just set, 8 to 10 min. With a paring knife, release edge and let stand for 5 min. Slice into portions and serve.
