Method
Step 1
Combine pineapple, tomato, red onion, jalapeno, lime juice, chili powder and salt in a bowl.
Step 2
Score the weiners, making shallow cuts every inch for bacon flavour to be absorbed during cooking. Wrap one bacon slice around each hotdog in a spiral; secure toothpicks through both ends to prevent unravelling.
Step 3
Cook wrapped weiners on grill preheated to medium heat, turning until bacon is crisp, about 8 mins. Place in bun, top with salsa, serve with mustard and sprinkle with more chili powder.
