Ingredients

- Compliments Liquid Honey
- 2 tbsp
- Compliments Butter
- 1 tbsp
- minced fresh ginger
- salt
- 2 pounds
- boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 5 cups
- Compliments Chicken Broth
- hot, cooked couscous
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F. In a small saucepan, combine honey, butter and ginger over medium heat. Stir often until simmering, 2-3 minutes.
Step 2
Arrange chicken in a single layer in a lightly greased baking dish. Spoon honey mixture over chicken. Season to taste with salt.
Step 3
Bake until meat is no longer pink in center (cut to test), about 20 minutes; baste with sauce occasionally during baking.
Step 4
Serve chicken with couscous, spooning sauce over all.
