Ingredients
- 1 pkg
- PANACHE Roasted Garlic Mini Naan
- 200 g
- 2 tbsp
- Butter
- 30 mL
- 4
- Large Eggs
- 2
- Medium Avocados, Ripe
- 1/4 tsp
- Salt
- 1 mL
- 1/2 tsp
- Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 2 mL
Method
Step 1
In a medium bowl, add the avocado, salt and lightly mash. Set aside.
Step 2
In a large frying pan melt 1 tbsp butter over medium high heat. Add eggs one at a time and cook to desired doneness.
Step 3
While the eggs are cooking, place the mini naan in the toaster and toast until desired and spread each naan with remaining 1 tbsp butter.
Step 4
Top each naan with the avocado mixture, then add the eggs.
Step 5
Season with salt, pepper and if desired, a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
