Ingredients
- 1/2 cup
- Compliments Beef Broth
- 3 tbsp
- Compliments Pure Raspberry Jam
- 1 tbsp
- Compliments Balsamic Vinegar of Modena
- 1 tsp
- Sensations Original Dijon Mustard
- thin-cut, boneless top loin pork chops
- 1 pound
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp
- Sensations Extra Virgin 100% Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp
- Compliments Butter
Method
Step 1
In a small bowl, whisk together broth, jam, vinegar, and mustard. Set aside.
Step 2
Season pork chops to taste with salt and pepper.
Step 3
In a 12-inch nonstick frying pan, heat oil over high heat.
Step 4
Add pork and cook, turning once, until chops are browned and meat is just barely pink in center (cut to test), 2-3 minutes total.
Step 5
Transfer to a serving platter and keep warm.
Step 6
To pan, add broth mixture.
Step 7
Whisk over high heat until boiling.
Step 8
Let boil until mixture is slightly thickened, about 1 minute.
Step 9
Remove from heat and whisk in butter.
Step 10
Pour over pork and serve immediately.
