Method
Step 1
Add olive oil to small skillet on medium heat. Add mushrooms, shallots, salt and pepper; cook 3 to 5 min. until shallots are softened.
Step 2
Meanwhile, preheat oven to 400ËšF (200ËšC). Arrange naan breads on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Spread barbecue sauce on each naan. Top with cheese and mushroom mixture.
Step 3
Bake 4 to 5 min., or until cheese is melted and bubbling. Sprinkle with arugula before serving.
