Ingredients

round slice watermelon (about 1-in./2.5-cm thick, 8-in/20-cm diameter)
3 tbsp
2% Greek yogourt
45 mL
1 tbsp
crumbled feta cheese
15 mL
1 tbsp
chopped Compliments Organic Fresh Mint Leaves
15 mL
1 tsp
honey
5 mL

Method

Step 1

Place watermelon round on serving plate. Scrape yogourt into small re-sealable plastic bag and snip off corner. Drizzle Greek yogourt over watermelon.

Step 2

Sprinkle with feta cheese and mint. Drizzle with honey. Cut into quarters to serve.

Tips

For larger “pizza,” double the topping quantities and use 12-in. (30-cm) diameter round watermelon slice. For a sweet version, top with vanilla yogourt, flaked coconut, lime zest and raspberries.
