Ingredients

- 1 cup spreadable cream cheese
- 250 mL
- 2 tsp
- chopped fresh dill
- 10 mL
- 2 tsp
- prepared horseradish
- 10 mL
- 1 tbsp
- lemon juice
- 15 mL
- salt and pepper to taste

- large tortilla wraps

- slices smoked salmon
- 8 oz
- cooked salad shrimp
- 250 g
- 1/2
- medium English cucumber, cut into thin strips
Method
Step 1
In bowl, mix cream cheese, dill, horseradish, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread on one side of each tortilla wrap. Place 3 slices of smoked salmon near the bottom third of each wrapper, on top of cheese mixture. Arrange shrimp and cucumber strips on top of salmon. Tightly roll wraps around filling.
Step 2
Seal rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 min. before removing plastic and slicing each roll into 8 pieces.
