salmon fillets, scallops and shrimp) - 750 g

Method
Step 1
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Add celery and onion. Cook, stirring often, about 4 min., until vegetables soften. Sprinkle in flour and cook 1 min., stirring. Gradually mix in milk and clam juice; dissolving flour into liquids.
Step 2
Add potatoes and salt. Bring just to a boil over high heat, stirring often. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5 to 7 min., or until potatoes are tender and chowder has thickened. Add seafood mix and continue to simmer, 5 min., or until seafood is just cooked through.
Step 3
Stir in chives and parsley just before serving. Serve chowder with crackers.
