Method
Step 1
In large bowl, mix together canola oil, soy sauce, honey, hot sauce, sesame oil, ginger and garlic; divide mixture into 3 portions. Toss 1 portion of soy sauce mixture with chicken until coated and 1 portion of mixture with bok choy and red peppers.
Step 2
Preheat grill to medium-high; grease grate well. Grill chicken, turning occasionally and basting with remaining portion of soy sauce mixture, for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through and internal temperature registers 165°F (74°C).
Step 3
Meanwhile, grill bok choy and red peppers for 5 to 7 minutes or until grill-marked and tender. Serve with chicken.
